After a later start in teaching, from the 1990's to 2023, Jacki directed in 1A-4A school sizes, honing her skills as director with the guidance of many generous mentors and a drive to learn all she could about producing quality shows. She and her students were fortunate to earn five State Championships and three Runner-up trophies in her nine appearances at the State contest. Jacki is now an adjudicator and clinician.
