Here, you can conveniently purchase or renew your TxETA yearly membership without registering for an event.

  • Membership expires August 31, 2027: This applies if you purchase/renew your membership for TheatreFest 2026. It remains valid for all 2026–2027 events, including Regional Roundup 2027, State OAP Mini-Conference 2027  and SummerFest 2027.

  • TxETA encourages members to purchase or renew their annual membership in September. 

Current Members:
If you're already part of the TxETA family, use the same email address you used to register for past events. The system will automatically recognize you and apply the appropriate member discount code during checkout.

We Recommend (But It's Your Choice!)
While you can purchase or renew your membership separately, we recommend taking advantage of a combined registration option (if your ISD allows): This generates one invoice.  Here is a direct LINK to do both!

SAVE YOUR CONFIRMATION EMAIL 

  • The confirmation email is sent automatically after registration for your TxETA membership is submited.
  • It contains discount codes you will need to register for one of our event.
  • The discount codes removes the event's membership fees if you paid for membership separately  thus  preventing  paying membership fee twice.
  • If the discount code is not in your confirmation email, contact Mike Doggett at office@tetatx.com or text 361-676-6100
  • ALWAYS Check your spam/junk folder if you don't receive a confirmation email.

Please upload a recent head-to-shoulders headshot of yourself. This can be a professional photo or a casual selfie. We want to see you, so please avoid group photos, pets, or any other images. Your photo helps with identification at the convention.

Please save your confirmation email immediately. It contains the discount codes and registration links you will need to waive membership fees for the entire 2026–27 event cycle:

  • TheatreFest 2026

  • Higher Education Research and Creative Conference 2026 (HERCC) during TheatreFest

  • Texas Theatre Administrators Conference 2026 (TTAC) during TheatreFest

  • Texas Adjudictors and Officals Organization Confefrence 2026 (TTAOC) during TheatreFest

  • Regional Roundup 2027

  • State OAP Mini-Conference 2027

  • SummerFest 2027

IMPORTANT FOR SUMMERFEST 2026 ATTENDEES

SummerFest 2026 was the final event of the 2025–26 TxETA membership year. If you plan to attend any events for the 2026–27 membership year (starting with TheatreFest 2026), you will need to renew your membership for the new cycle.
