Here, you can conveniently purchase or renew your TxETA yearly membership without registering for an event.

  • Membership expires August 31, 2026: This applies if you purchase/renew your membership for SummerFest 2026, State OAP Mini-Conference 2026, or HERCC 2026. You must renew your membership before registering for TheatreFest 2026, as it is the first event of the new 2026–2027 membership year.

  • Membership expires August 31, 2027: This applies if you purchase/renew your membership for TheatreFest 2026. It remains valid for all 2026–2027 events, including Regional Roundup 2027, State OAP Mini-Conference 2027, HERCC 2027, and SummerFest 2027.

  • TxETA encourages members to purchase or renew their annual membership at the start of the school year. This is especially helpful in the spring when registrations for both SummerFest 2026 (the final event of the current membership year) and TheatreFest 2026 (the first event of the new year) are open simultaneously.

Current Members:
If you're already part of the TxETA family, use the same email address you used to register for past events. The system will automatically recognize you and apply the appropriate member discount code during checkout.

We Recommend (But It's Your Choice!)
While you can purchase or renew your membership separately, we recommend taking advantage of a combined registration option (if your ISD allows): Enroll for an event AND renew your membership at the same time! This is a quicker process, and you'll receive only one invoice/receipt for both. Here is a direct LINK to the events page on the TxETA website where you will find links to the registartion pages of our open events.

SAVE YOUR CONFIRMATION EMAIL 

  • The confirmation email is sent automatically after registration for your TxETA membership is submited.
  • It contains discount codes you will need to register for one of our event.
  • Use this code for events like SummerFest 2025. HERCC 2025, State OAP Mini Conference 2025, and TheatreFest 2025 .
  • The dicsount codes removes the event's membership fees that all event registration site have.
  • Check your spam/junk folder if you don't see it.
  • Entering the code prevents you from paying the membership fee twice.
