TxETA is currently in its 2026–2027 year. Our start and end dates (September 1 to August 31) remain the same every year, keeping our calendar very similar to your school district's.

TxETA Membership & Event Registration During the membership purchase or renewal checkout process, you can select which specific events you plan to attend. This includes SummerFest 2026, TheatreFest 2026, State OAP Mini-Conference 2026, and the Higher Education Research and Creative Conference (HERCC) 2026. You can also plan ahead for Regional Round-Up 2027, with registration opening in late November 2026.

Discount Codes: Follow the instructions provided in your confirmation email to waive membership fees. The links in that email take you directly to your selected event registration site and automatically apply the proper discount code. This prevents you from paying the same fee twice.
Access the Member Hub: Retrieve your password for the Members Hub.
Modify Registrations: Use the included links to log back in and update your event selections at any time.
