REFUND POLICY

Texas Educational Theatre Association hopes everyone who registers will be able to attend; however, we know extenuating circumstances do occur. 

Cancellation and Refund Policies are as follows:

• Annual membership dues are non-refundable. Memberships are active from September 1 to August 31.

• Any TxETA event registration may be refunded thirty (30) days prior to the first day of the event. 

• Pertaining SummerFest dormitories, the refund policy is determined by the hosting college or university.

• In the event a TxETA event is cancelled, a refund will be issued for the full cost of registration. Membership dues are non-refundable. 

• TxETA is not responsible for any additional costs, charges, or expenses including travel and lodging expenses.

• A 5% service fee will charged for all credit card refunds.
